Zeus counts celebrities, producers and professional athletes among its LA residents, and is used by brands like Bird, Samsara and ServiceTitan for managing company-wide corporate travel.

Corporate travel accounts for more than 480 million business trips annually, placing employers under increased pressure to manage growing travel and expense (T&E) costs. Zeus eases this burden with a furnished housing experience designed specifically for business travel that on average costs 40 percent less than hotels.

With its formal launch into the Los Angeles market, Zeus unveiled 160 property listings and plans to grow its supply to keep pace with the market’s booming needs. These units range from studios to four-bedroom homes in neighborhoods across Los Angeles including Venice, Santa Monica, Glendale, West Hollywood and more. Currently, Los Angeles units are home to residents including NFL athletes, music and Hollywood producers, chefs and bloggers.

“Zeus has freed up hours of my week by taking care of all check-in and check-out logistics for our visiting employees,” said Ariana Ceballos, a member of the facilities and operations team at ServiceTitan, a software business for home services, who regularly books Los Angeles units for employees. “Zeus welcomes feedback and has customized services to fit our needs. Most importantly, our employees are much happier with their accommodations, especially compared to the extended stays we previously booked for them.”

In addition to Los Angeles, Zeus operates nearly 1,500 total properties in Seattle, Washington, D.C., and the San Francisco Bay Area — where the company has become the largest supplier of serviced apartments since launching in 2015. To date, Zeus has housed 27,000 residents for a total of 583,000 nights booked.

With the corporate housing and extended stay market estimated at $38 billion, Zeus enables homeowners and landlords with unused space to benefit from this opportunity.
