Homewood Suites by Hilton is an all-suite, extended-stay brand. In their words, they offer “the comforts of home whether you stay two nights or two months.”
TownePlace Suites by Marriott are spacious with full kitchens. Fully furnished homes with Airbnb can be rented monthly in over 65,000 cities. Long-term rentals and sublets are considered those that last anywhere from 28 days to six months. With Airbnb, it’s important to keep in mind that different cities have different rules for long term tenants.
