- Passing a background check is required for booking this home. We will ask for a copy of your government issued ID at the time of booking so we can perform this step.
- This unit is located near the building dumpsters and is noisy when the truck comes for trash pick up midday on Tuesdays and Fridays. May disturb those working from home. Residents also use these dumpsters to throw away their trash.
- All windows have roll down shades, even though they may not be shown in the photographs.
- Due to COVID, the gym is closed until further notice. The rooftop is open, but requires a signed waiver to access.
