Less than two miles from downtown Menlo Park is a residential neighborhood with beautifully landscaped homes and easy access to local amenities. This rental is a four bedroom, three bathroom home with almost 2,000 square feet of living space and backyard patio.

Mid-Century Modern Design and Spacious Yard

This home offers curb appeal with winding brick walkways and mature landscaping that frame the sprawling home. Step inside for a mid-century modern design complete with hardwood flooring, beautiful built-ins, and a living room with a full wall of sliding glass doors that open out to the home's backyard. The backyard offers ample room for entertaining, its paved patio accented by lush landscaping.

Back indoors, the living room features a stunning brick, focal wall and wood-burning fireplace. This room opens into the formal dining room, an elegant space with formal seating for eight, plus easy access to the backyard through another set of sliding doors.

Kitchen and Beyond

The home has a classic kitchen with floor-to-ceiling cabinets, dishwasher, and eat-in breakfast nook with seating for four. Home cooks will love the great counter space and storage capabilities. Included in the rental are pots, pans, cups, utensils, and knives. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and cabinets. With lower and upper level cabinets, this room provides additional storage and easy access to a bathroom that serves as a guest bath and for the bedroom that's just off the laundry room.

3 More Bedrooms and 2 More Bathrooms

On the opposite side of the house are three additional bedrooms and two more full bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms feature wood flooring, great natural light, and plenty of personal closet space. One also has a fireplace and wall with built-ins. A wonderful mid-century modern home with lovely period décor Spacious, super clean, with four bedrooms and three full baths, two of which are en suite, which was perfect for our two teenage children. We especially enjoyed the cheerful chef’s kitchen, which was fully equipped for all our needs. There is also a very large and private back yard patio with beautiful redwood trees and lush landscape. The location is excellent, close to all of Silicon Valley. The host Zeus was 100% responsive.
