We had a great stay at this apartment for a month! It is a good location in Santa Monica, an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops in the walking distance, safe, Zeus quickly answered all our question via email 24/7. The only issue is the appliances, the vacuum cleaner and a washing machine are ineffective to the degree of uselessness. On the bright side, you will not need an alarm clock since every morning at 6.30 am a big truck with a compressor refills nitrogen storage of a local beauty enterprise right under the bedroom window.
