Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Zeus Living
We’re committed to dismantling systems of oppression, and there’s no better place to start than with ourselves and our company. Our cross-functional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team—on which our CEO sits—leads the company in taking action to create an inclusive and equitable workplace. This team assesses the needs of our community, identifies areas for improvement and growth, and then drives those plans, with a specific focus on anti-racist actions.
This year this group has led assessments of inclusion at Zeus Living, facilitated a compensation analysis with subsequent actions to create parity, hosted an unconscious bias training, and is in the process of building our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic plan.
