By expanding our services to include unfurnished property management we hope to make it easier for more property owners to list their properties on our platform, choose a rental style that works best for them, and enjoy hassle-free property management. This creates an  opportunity for property owners to work with Zeus who have homes that aren’t a fit for the mid-term rental market, such as condos with length of rental restrictions, properties located in areas where legislation doesn’t allow mid-term rentals, and homes where the bed/bath layout doesn’t serve corporate clients effectively.

Worst Case Scenario: we provide a $10,000 eviction credit and handle evictions for our owners

While it hasn’t been on our horizon for years, we understand that eviction is an unfortunate reality of property management that could crop up. To help alleviate some of the financial burden associated with eviction, we provide a $10,000 eviction credit to our owners, as well as handle the legwork of the legal process. This credit can be used to cover eviction-related costs, such as legal fees, court costs, and other expenses. By providing this credit, we hope we can help property owners achieve peace of mind, knowing that they will not have to bear the full financial burden of an eviction should it arise.

Insurance is key; we carry $6M corporate liability insurance per home

You heard it right – we provide each of our managed properties with up to $6M in corporate liability insurance coverage. This insurance provides additional protection for each property, giving our owners confidence that they will not be called on to financially cover potential damages or liability issues that may arise during the tenancy.

Meeting the evolving needs of our corporate clientele 

Our expansion into unfurnished property management will allow us to continue to cater to corporate clients. With our growing portfolio of corporate clients, many are often looking for unfurnished properties that they can lease for extended periods.
